Good questions
What do you need from me?
Your business details and services, some good photos, your logo if you have one, and any reviews and accreditations. On Start, you also send the text. On Standard and Pro, we write it from your notes, voice messages or a short call.
How long until my website is live?
About 10 working days on Start, 15 on Standard and 25 on Pro, counted from when we have everything we need. If we haven't launched within 30 days of that for reasons on our side, we credit you a month's fee.
I already have a website or a domain. Can you take it over?
Yes. Moving your website or domain from another provider is free with a minimum term. You can also keep your domain where it is and simply point it to us.
Can I make changes myself?
You don't have to — just email us and we'll do it within your monthly edit time. If you'd like your own login as well, we'll set one up.
Who owns the website?
Your domain and your content are yours, and the text we write for you becomes yours once it's published. If you leave, we give you a full copy of the website and transfer your domain, free.
What if I want to leave?
After the minimum term, just give us 30 days' notice by email. During it, you pay the rest of the term — but never more than 3 months' fees.
Will I be top of Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. We build fast, clear, search-friendly websites, set up Google Search Console and check your Google Business Profile — a solid start for being found.
How do I pay?
By Direct Debit or card — you set it up once through a secure link, and monthly fees are collected automatically in advance. On Start and Standard, pay for a year upfront and you get a month free.
